Heidi was recently diagnosed with thrombocytopenia, which is a low platelet count in the blood. She was warned by her doctors that spontaneous bleeding could occur in her vocal cords, which led us to take the necessary step of cancelling three scheduled performances. She’s being treated and in good care. We’re waiting on a date for infusion therapy but the prognosis is good and we’re able to resume our shows.
